Originally born in Minnesota, Zoe Rawls has called the Sunshine State her home since she was a child.  In 2018, she earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, where she majored in English with a concentration in Literary Studies.  She then graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in May of 2022, where she served on the Law Review as a Senior Preemption and Screening Editor.  During law school, she worked as a research assistant and clerked for the Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division in the Environmental Crimes Section headquartered in Washington D.C.

Upon her admittance to the Florida Bar in October of 2022, Zoe joined Denhardt and Rubenstein, a boutique law firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she gained experience in estate planning, probate, land use, and municipal law.  During her time there, she was appointed as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Pinellas Park, Florida, and she continues to serve in that capacity.

Zoe is a member of the Florida Bar’s City, County, and Local Government Law Section as well as the St. Petersburg Bar Association.  She enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with her friends and family.
