Megan focuses her practice on the representation of individuals, developers, local governments, and lenders in all facets of residential and commerical real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and refinances. She has extensive experience in residential and commerical lending, settlement, title, escrow, and closing processes. 

Background & Experience

Prior to joining Trask Daigneault, LLP in 2018, Megan was a real estate attorney at a law firm in Boston, MA, specializing in commercial matters. She began her career in real estate law in 2008 as a paralegal in her hometown of Newburgh, NY. 

Megan lives in St. Petersburg with her husband, Victor, and their three cats, Walter, Daisy, and Buster.
